1. Exhaust pipe

Therefore, it is necessary to check the carbon deposits in the exhaust pipe regularly in daily work. If the back pressure exceeds 3.3 Kpa, it must be cleaned.
2. Air filter
If the air filter is dusty or dusty, the filter's power will decrease linearly, thereby blocking air flow and affecting the engine's output. Therefore, the nickname must be timely. In severe cases, it can be replaced with a new air filter, air filter or filter paper.
3. Piston and cylinder liner
As the machine's service life increases, the strain loss between the piston and the bushing gradually increases. Excessive wear on the piston rings can have a serious negative impact on the engine and may cause adverse effects such as ignition difficulties and incomplete ignition. Therefore, please check the cylinder liner and piston rings on time.
4. Fuel filter
When air enters the fuel filter, the pipe is directly blocked and the oil passage reaches this position smoothly. This directly leads to a lack of power. In severe cases, it may affect fires. Therefore, the fuel system must be filtered in time. If necessary, you can choose to replace the new diesel filter again (filter material: glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, etc.).
5. Cooling and lubrication system
The fundamental cause of oil overheating is a fault in the mechanical cooling system or lubrication system (circulating lubrication system, centralized lubrication system, etc.). Therefore, when the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine rises, the cooler and radiator can be checked. Clean the dirt.
